Ageing: 18 months in small oak barrel, 12 month in big oak barrel, 6 months in bottle

Deep ruby red color, almost black! At the nose is immediately fresh, balsamic with citrus notes. Then the species stand out: black pepper and coffee scent. Taste is elegant and harmonious, sound and smooth. Tannins are mature. Great final with blackberry, fume’ and tobacco taste.
