White Sambuca is a sweet liqueur, obtained from the mixture of alcohol, sugar, essential oil of star anise and other aromatic components that make up its recipe. With a transparent color, its aroma is strongly characterized by the particular notes of anise, with a taste whose intense and sweet sensations envelop the palate in harmony, in a very velvety and sophisticated flavor. It can be consumed neat, with ice, iced over, with 3-4 roasted coffee beans in the glass, alight, for the preparation of cocktails or at the discretion of the consumer.
