Bache-Gabrielsen Cognac Vintage 2001, made from the Ugni Blanc grapes carefully selected from the Fins Bois areas. It is distilled in traditional methods and aged in Limousin oak barrels. After 21 years of aging, the Cognac is filled in 611 bottles directly from the naturally aromatic oak barrels without the addition of any water. The prolonged maturation process reduces the alcohol percentage of the Cognac to 46.4% vol, resulting in a nose-tickling aroma and a lingering, elegant finish.
