Bache-Gabrielsen Cognac Vintage 1973, made from the Ugni Blanc grapes carefully selected from the Fins Bois areas. It is distilled in traditional methods and aged in Limousin oak barrels. After 37 years of aging, the Cognac is filled in 2753 bottles directly from the naturally aromatic oak barrels without the addition of any water. The prolonged maturation process reduces the alcohol percentage of the Cognac to 41.2% vol, resulting in a nose-tickling aroma and a lingering, elegant finish.
