Single Cask Extra Cognac N.84 of Bache Gabrielsen, made from the Ugni Blanc grapes carefully selected from the Grande & Petite Champagne areas. It is distilled in traditional methods and aged in Limousin oak barrels. After an extended period of aging, the Cognac is bottled directly from the naturally aromatic oak barrels without the addition of any water. The prolonged maturation process reduces the alcohol percentage of the Cognac to a suitable drinking range of 45.8% vol, resulting in a nose-tickling aroma and a lingering, elegant finish.
