The Cognac VSOP is made of 100% Ugni Blanc, and it is in elegant amber color. On the nose it comes the aromas of the mature oak wood, vanilla, dried fruits, banana and oriental spices. The taste is well balanced between fruit and wood. The finish gives a nice aromatic structure revealing the elegance of Petite Champagne and the fruity aromas of Fins Bois.
