The first coffee powder of Caffè d’Italia® is name after the date of its establishment (07-07-07). Creamy, full, rich coffee with a clear taste. It is mainly composed of Robusta beans which give it a body that significantly distinguishes it.
The crema, basically dark and velvety, recalls the color of hazelnuts. The slight hint of Arabica allows the palate to appreciate all the fragrances of this coffee without being immediately struck by the bitter note of licorice. The resulting espresso is softened by the delicacy of Arabica, without losing its typical peculiarities of a strong coffee taste.
